Well, I guess that if you found your way here, you got here one of three ways. Either I told you how to find it, or you were randomly highlighting my site and found this link, or you were looking at the source code and read it there. Why do I know that? Because the link to this site is the same color as the page, and the only clue that it exists is in highlighting it or studying the code.

Why did I hide this page? Why build something just to hide it? That's a little complicated. I hid it because I don't want to flaunt it, and don't want to look greedy. So then why did I build it? Well, because we have a large family and faulty memories. Every so often, one of us sees something we like and think it might be a good gift. My family calls every few months, always looking for gift ideas, and when I'm put on the spot, I can never remember what I want. Besides that, we're never sure what people's budgets might be, and are reluctant to exceed them accidentally. With this page, we might have a means of giving people both ample choice in gift ideas and insight into the kinds of things we'd like. We're both hard to shop for, and we know it. Hopefully this will assist our family when gift giving occasions occur. |
